What do Pop, R’nB, Soul, Funk and HipHop have in common? The answer is simple and incredibly good: 2schneidig! He connects various musical styles to a special sound. The musical powerhouse fascinates his audience with his singers and the unique dancing performance with unusual rhythms and impressive live qualities.

2schneidig is a cosmopolitan with heart; a musician with charm and charisma. 2schneidig emphatically confirms his exceptional position among the German-speaking artists in his songs which are a mixture of Pop, Funk, R&B and HipHop.
The highly diversified and broad musical range, which he covers with the appropriate sense for a combination of lyrics and beats, is the result of 2schneidig’s cooperation with various singers and producers such as Shabaz, Anthony McKay (Marisa Turner, Dune und First Love), Teddy Marks (Sweetbox, She’loe, Mario Lopez and many more) and Nasty (Busta Rhymes, Xavier Naidoo, Sabrina Setlur and many more).

In his challenging songs, the rapper and singer emphatically confirms his exceptional position among the German-speaking artists. His texts do not diss or swear because someone defends an other point of view. 2schneidig addresses various topics young people are interested in and connects them with modern Pop, Funk, R&B and HipHop.

2schneidig has been traveling Germany’s stages already since the year 2000. As a preface to his career, he toured through entire Germany as a support act within the scope of a festival tour in 2000. On this tour, 2schneidig gained valuable stage experiences side by side with prestigious artists such as Joe Cocker, the Weather Girls, ATC, Ayman, the Princes, Spike, Orange Blue and others. Consequently, he performed in front of more than 200,000 people altogether in the year 2000. 2schneidig has already shown up on numerous stages (for example Viva, MTV, RTL104.6, Radio Energy, Radio SRW, Hitradio Antenne, Radio SAW, Happy Family). The most impressive performances were on the “Waldbühne” in Schwarzenberg (in front of 15,000 spectators, presented by Radio PSR), in Warnemünde at the CocaCola Beachparty (in front of 30,000 spectators), at the “FFN Kindertag” in the “Nettelbad” in Osnabrück (in front of 30,000 spectators), at the “Radio RSH OpenAir” in Brunsbüttel (in front of 50,000 spectators) and on the “Naturbühne Ralswiek” on Rügen, presented by “Antenne MV” (in front of 15,000 spectators) as well as at the “Back-to-the-Future-Tour” by “Radio SAW”. He has worked in these experiences into his solo career.

2schneidig started his first concert series, the Maranatha Tour, in 2003, which began on 6 March, 2003 in the “Modernes” in Bremen and ran throughout Germany until December 2007. On 16 March, 2004, 2schneidig was a guest of the event “J-House” in Berlin where he presented some of his songs. This event was broadcasted into several European countries via satellite.
2schneidig has had several promising performances on TV (for example on  RTL, RTLII, ARD, 3Sat, RBB and NBC Giga). In 2004, “Guten Abend RTL” was shooting a report on 2schneidig on five days.
He packs his thoughts and messages into fresh R&B / HipHop and Pop beats. Every song lyrically stands on its own and has a clear message. The songs’ melodies often have very catchy tunes.

2schneidig has constantly developed his musical style and is able to look back on a number of about 700 performances throughout Germany until today. He has already performed in front of audiences of every age. Additionally, he has a huge crowd of supporters which has already spread far beyond Germany’s borders. In October 2004, 2schneidig performed in the Athletic Bowl Stadion in Baguio City / Phillipines in front of 7,500 spectators. 2schneidig repeatedly performed in the Araneta Coliseum in Quezon City, which is located near the Philippine capital Manila, in the following year, in November 2005, where he filled about 8,000 spectators with enthusiasm.

2schneidig released his single “Deutschland” via Sony BMG on 15 November, 2004. Within the week of publication, which was accompanied by numerous performances and autographing sessions, he reached rang 99 in the trendcharts.

Highlights of the year 2006 were for example the performances in the Olympic stadium of Berlin and in the “Porsche Arena” in Stuttgart.

In 2007 2schneidig was on stage as a musical-actor for the first time. In the role of a special-act 2schneidig performed live in the summer months of the years 2007, 2008 and 2009. Within these three years about 160 000 people saw 2schneidig in the context of this musical.

2010 was a very special year for 2schneidig because he was celebrating his 10th-year-jubilee on stage. In celebration of this extraordinary year 2schneidig was touring Germany with a unique jubilee-tour. He can be booked with his dancers and background singers as well as with his live-band. The live-band distinguishes itself by excellent musicians, contributing to a performance which will be remembered as an unforgettable experience.

2schneidig released his new single „Pray“ on 16 July, 2010. An explosive mixture of Pop, R’nB and Rap – that’s “Pray”!
“Pray” is a cover version of MC Hammer’s legendary hit. It was newly interpreted by 2schneidig in the Berlin studios of the producer OGB (US5, Coolio, AM2PM, DJ Tomekk).

In 2011 2schneidig will release his new single "Back to Life". The maxi-single “Back to Life” will be a forerunner of 2schneidig’s new album which will be released in the second half of 2011.
